We’re all on a life journey. Sometimes it’s great; sometimes it’s “Clean up aisle 5”. Either way, we all need someone to help us along to realise our strengths and find a way through to aisle 6, lol. That’s where I can help. Everyone needs to have their skills and abilities affirmed, especially when they feel they can’t achieve. I can assist in providing a safe space for some focussed discussion on what you would like to improve, identify some goals, or get your head around some coping mechanisms for life.
I really enjoy seeing people go from pointing at their life going by to jumping in the driver seat and feel the wind in their hair. That feeling of control where there was little or none is quite liberating and reassuring.

What is Life Coaching?
Life coaching is a focussed discussion to help an individual identify, articulate and achieve goals they want to achieve. It can be done in a number of different environments such as a more formal office space but the most common is either online using Skype or similar or face to face. There are usually questions to help the Coach get to know you and to get the thinking process going. Both services share a lot of the same skills such as rapport building, active listening but it's how the change happens that is a key difference. In short, counselling is more concerned with creating a space to focus on past events and resolving them whereas, coaching is mostly concerned with working on changing the present to setting and achieving future goals. Either way, you, the client, always come first and are central to the partnership.

I provide both Life Coaching and Counselling services. At the first contact, we can identify which one is right for you and determine if my services are the best fit for your circumstances and assist where I can to provide a relevant referral. I do not provide any advice regarding legal, medical or financial issues.
Coaching - AU$120/hr
Counselling - AU$80/hr
During our first contact, we'll identify which service is right for you. All information provided is confidential and will never be disclosed to any third party unless required by law.

This Policy applies to the activities of SolveIT Solutions Life Coaching ("Solveit").
It explains how Solveit handles personal information and complies with the requirements of the Privacy Act 1988, the related National Privacy Principles 2001, and the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1988 No. 133.
Solveit understands the importance of protecting individual privacy. This policy describes the key features of how we protect your personal information.
Information we collect
Solveit collects personal information from customers, prospective customers, suppliers, contractors and allied health professionals. The main types of information that Solveit collects are contact details such as email address, name, address, date of birth; gender, and information about you including but not limited to; your business name, business address, employer’s name, employer’s address and the industry that you work in.
We collect most of this information directly from you during a training course or workshop or via newsletter signup or online enquiry via our website. We only collect information that is needed for a specific purpose. If you contact us to lodge an enquiry, we may keep a record of that contact.
- Our use and disclosure of your personal information
- Solveit relies on your personal information in the daily running of the business such as in:
- Processing payment for services you buy from us;
- Promotion of new products or services; and/or
- Any referral to another professional service that you request us to assist in. This may include information such as your name and contact phone number for the purpose of that professional to take control of the referral.
- We will only disclose your personal information to a third party when we have your consent to do so. Solveit generally does not otherwise use or disclose personal information unless:
- Required by law; or
- To protect the rights, property or personal safety of another Solveit customer, or any member of the public; or
- If the assets and operations of the business are transferred to another party as a going concern.
If you provide your personal information to us, we will give you the choice to unsubscribe from any email service that delivers further information about special offers, promotions, and changes to our products and services. If you indicate that you do not wish to receive these, we will not contact you further for these purposes. Please allow 14 days for your request to be processed.
Your access to the information we keep about you
If at any time you want to know exactly what personal information we hold about you, you are welcome to access your record by e-mailing us at email@example.com. Your personal information file will usually be made available to you within 30 days of receipt of your request.
Your request to change or delete the information we keep about you
If at any time you wish to change personal information that is inaccurate or out of date, please contact us by e-mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will amend this record. If you wish to have your personal information deleted, please let us know in the same manner as referred to above, and we will take all reasonable steps to delete it unless we need to keep it for legal reasons (i.e. to avoid breaching the Public Records Act 1973).
Our storage and security of your personal information
Solveit will endeavour to take all reasonable steps to keep secure any information which we hold about you, and to keep this information accurate and up to date. Your electronic information is stored on a secure server that is protected in controlled facilities, and your hard copy information is stored in a locked filing cabinet. We respect the confidentiality of any personal information held by Solveit.
What to do if you have a problem or question
Any action taken as a result of a consultation will be your responsibility and no liability will be held against SolveIt Solutions. Any information provided on the this website is of a general nature only and may not meet your individual circumstances.
